Site-Specific Market/Feasibility Study
Our site-specific studies provide unbiased and expert analyses and recommendations regarding product definition, price support and absorption potential for any proposed residential development site. We help builders position their product to the market's "sweet spot", identifying the most advantageous pricing strategies and product characteristics for a given development site.

Supply and Demand Analyses
Critical to understanding current and future market conditions, our detailed analysis of housing supply includes both active and future new home developments. Our demand model is built on the fundamental economic factors that support new home sales and prices at a given development site.

Land Optimization Study
The Land Optimization study is our unique and proprietary financial model that determines the optimal product mix and development program that produces the highest return on investment for a given residential development. Many large-scale land plans are formulated with a primary focus on aesthetics, without meaningful determination of which products and densities will produce the highest return on investment. When designs begin with our optimized land planning model, dramatic increases in the value of an asset are possible.

Retainer Client Services
For those needing consistent and ongoing consulting services, Real Estate Economics provides specific and tailored retainer agreements that not only allow direct and continual access to our principal consultants, but also provide direct access to our web-based library of data systems. Weekly, monthly or quarterly meetings with our retainer clients provide updated market information, survey-to-survey changes, and tailored analyses to the client’s portfolio.
