Q1: Why do I need to register?

A: Registration is required to manuever through our website and run reports. Your registration information is kept confidential and is not shared with any other entity.

Q2: What sets your reports apart from your competitors?

A: Many things set us apart from our competitors. First and foremost, we go through extensive lengths to provide you with the most accurate data possible. Secondly, our reports are all web-based, which allows you to run reports from any internet connection and third, all of our reports come in working MS Excel or MS Word formats which allow you to use the interactive tools built within our reports. Your Account Executive or Customer Service Rep will be happy to discuss with you all the other benefits that come with our products.

Q3: Is there a limit on how many reports I can run?

A: No. There is no limit to the number of report you can run.

Q4: I don't need a large subscription, so can I purchase subscriptions for only the areas I'm interested in?

A: Yes. Please contact your Account Executive or our Customer Service Representative for details on how we customize packages to meet your specific needs and budgets.

Q5: I like many of your charts and tables. May I use them in my company presentations?

A: Yes. However, please make sure you source us in your presentation.

Q6: Is there a cost associated with watching one of your webinar presentations?

A: No. Our webinar presentations are free to the public. Special webinars may incur a small fee, but our normal webinars do not. Please visit our Home Page for a listing of previous and upcoming presentations.

Q7: I know people who may want to watch one of your webinars. May I forward them the invitation?

A: Absolutely. Please feel free to share the invitation with anyone you feel could benefit from the webinars.

Q1: How do you get your New Home information?

A: Our New Home Data is obtained through our quarterly on-site visits to each actively selling development.

Q2: Where does your Closings Report data come from

A: Our Closings data comes from actual County Recorded Closings.

Q3: Where can I find information on what products you have for various areas?

A: Our Home Page contains a national map that identifies coverage areas based on report type, or you can consult your Account Executive/Customer Service Rep for information on specific county coverage.

How To
Q1: I need help putting together a report using your tools. Can you help?

A: Yes. Your Account Executive/Customer Service Representative can guide you on how to put together your report or you can you have them do it for a small fee.

Q2: Can I save reports into my computer?

A: Yes. Once you run and download the report, you can save the document into your computer or project file.

Q3: When running reports, can I drill down to specific County, City or Zip Code levels?

A: Yes. You can even use our polygon/radius tool to create your own boundaries.

Q4: When running reports, can I select more than one County, City, or Zip Code?

A: Yes. To select multiple Counties, Cities, or Zip Codes, hold down your Ctrl button while clicking the desired areas with your mouse. (6 county Maximum)

Q5: When using the polygon/radius, is there a way to save it so I don't have to try to recreate it later?

A: Yes. Once you complete your polygon/radius, the system will ask you whether or not you'd like to save it. Once you name and save your polygon/radius you can retrieve it anytime.

Training
Q1: How is training handled?

A: Training is conducted based on what works best for you and your company. Your Account Executive/Customer Service Representative can perform on-site or web-based training sessions and our website contains links to training videos that are available anytime.

Browser Size

If your screen size is below 1000 x 485, you don't see the HTR and New Home page properly. To fix this issue, bring your mouse to the corner of the page right click, hold and pull the screen to make it big enough.

No Flash Player Installed

If you have not installed Flash Player, you won't be able to run 'New Housing Profiles and Statistics' or 'Closings Reports': To get the newest version of Flash Player refer to the top table.

IE Plug in bars

If you have too many toolbars open in IE, your screen size will be too small to show the page properly. To avoid this problem, hide some of the toolbars to provide more space for the screen.
