What information does this Report provide?
This report provides nationwide data for every Employment Super Sector. This report lists the monthly number of employees per job by Super Sector as well as a year to year comparison identifying actual number and percentage changes. Reports are generated by MSA or multiple MSA's selected within
a given state. A 15+ year historical trend is provided as well as a forecast
for the next 12 months. Charts and graphs are included.

It has been well documented that employment/job growth (in terms of type, magnitude and change) is a dominant factor affecting new housing sales and prices. A careful analysis
