This report ranks builders in cities or communities. Each builder in this report is seperately ranked using five key indicators which include Number of Units Sold, Construction Starts, Closed Escrows, Sales Per month, and Market Performance. Depending on what reporting time period you desire a report can be generated for any quarter since 1Q04. Annual reports can also be generated for the calendar years 2004 and 2005. Six graphs are also included in this report that show the top ten builders and how they stack up by Developments, Construction Starts, Units Sold, Closed Escrows, Sales/Month, and Market performance.
